Earle’s just reached the cold breeze land of Tagaytay City, we learned about the new branch when we visited the newly constructed Ayala Malls Serin. We’re not familiar with this brand of ham and sausage, but it’s a main stay in some grocery stores in Manila and also Earle’s got its own sandwich stores in Ortigas, Makati and Pasig.
Its rare to have a sandwich store or ham and sausage store in Tagaytay City, so we tried eating our snacks here in Earle’s Delicatessen.
Earle’s sells authentic European ham and sausages. For the price point of their deli meat, its very affordable and price is just right.
After we dined in, we bought some frozen ham and Hungarian sausages. we plan to cook it for our breakfast next day.

And here’s my sandwich!!! vavavavavvooommm giant Hungarian sausage on my bun. I have to cut the sausage into two in order to fit in my sandwich bun.
It’s a bit spicy…but its good!
After our first visit last April 3, Lace went back there to order more milk tea.
